• Message frequency: Typically 2-4 messages per month for active customers, fewer for prospects.
• Message and data rates: Your mobile carrier's standard rates may apply. IN Electric is not responsible for carrier charges.
• No resale: We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing.
• Consent is optional: You are not required to consent to text messages as a condition of purchasing our services.
• Carrier not liable: Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Prospects: up to three (3) years after your last interaction

After retention expires, we delete or anonymize your information unless legally required to retain it longer.
