These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Customer") and In Electric LLC ("IN Electric," "we," "us," or "our").

The specific services we offer, our pricing, and availability are determined case-by-case after an on-site assessment. Services are subject to change and may not be available in all locations.
Any estimates provided through our website, phone, or text are initial estimates based on the information you provide. They are not binding and are intended to help you understand the typical price range for your project.
Before we can provide a final quote, we will visit your property to assess the work required. This assessment is free and does not obligate you to purchase services.
After the assessment, we will provide a written quote specifying scope, total price, payment terms, estimated start date and duration, and any materials. Written quotes are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.
A quote becomes a contract when you accept it in writing (email, text, signed document, or electronic signature) and we confirm the acceptance. Verbal acceptance is not sufficient to create a binding agreement.
IN Electric provides services primarily within Maricopa County, Arizona, including Goodyear, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Glendale, Chandler, Gilbert, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, Buckeye, and surrounding Phoenix-valley communities. We may decline work outside our primary service area or charge additional fees for travel.
Once you accept a quote, we will work with you to schedule your service. Scheduling is subject to availability, weather, and other factors.
If you sign up for recurring service (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), it will continue automatically until you cancel in writing. Recurring prices are subject to annual review and may increase with thirty (30) days' notice.
We may reschedule or cancel services due to weather, unsafe property conditions, non-payment of prior invoices, or equipment/staffing issues outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by these circumstances.
We will send an invoice after each completed service or on the billing cycle specified in your service plan. Invoices are delivered by email or text.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), ACH/bank transfers, paper checks, and cash. Online payments are processed securely by our payment processor.
Unless otherwise specified, payment is due within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date.
Accounts not paid within 14 days may incur a late fee of $25 or 1.5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater, charged monthly. Accounts more than sixty (60) days past due may be suspended, referred to collections, or subject to legal action. You are responsible for reasonable collection costs and attorneys' fees if collection becomes necessary.
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within seven (7) days and we will make it right — redo the work, provide a credit, or issue a partial refund at our discretion. Refunds are not available for services cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, weather-related rescheduling, customer plan changes after work begins, or services completed per the agreed scope.
We warrant our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. If a defect in our workmanship becomes apparent within thirty (30) days, contact us and we will correct the defect at no additional cost.
For plants we install, we provide a limited ninety (90) day survival warranty covering replacement of plants that die due to improper installation. The warranty is void if plant damage is caused by improper customer watering, extreme weather, pests, disease, wildlife, physical damage from pets/people/equipment, vandalism, or third-party chemical application.
Hardscape installations (patios, walkways, retaining walls) carry a one (1) year warranty against defects in workmanship, subject to proper use and normal wear. The warranty does not cover settling due to soil conditions beyond our control, damage from roots, or impact/vehicle damage.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our negligence) or to refunds we owe you.

You may view and share for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without written permission.
"IN Electric" and the IN Electric logo are trademarks of IN Electric Lawn Service LLC.
Our websites may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Any claim arising out of or relating to our services must be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" above. For material changes, we will notify you by email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and IN Electric and supersede all prior communications.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, weather, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or government action.
Independent Contractor: IN Electric is an independent business. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
